Rodent Inspection, Exclusion, Trapping, & Sanitation
Inspection
To achieve a rodent-free home, a detailed inspection is always the first step. Once all entry points, food sources, and nesting areas (such as cluttered exterior storage) have been identified, we can implement a customized treatment plan to remove the pests and seal your home for good.

Exclusion
After identifying all entry points, the next critical step is fixing them permanently. I carry a wide variety of professional exclusion materials—including sheet metal, galvanized metal mesh, PE foam, excluder cloth, mortar, and cement—ensuring we have the exact right tool on hand to effectively seal any gap and secure your home against future invasions.

Trapping
Sealing your home is just the beginning. Once entry and exit points are cut off, I deploy strategic traps to eliminate the remaining indoor population. Because your perimeter is now secure, I can guarantee that as I remove these pests, outside rodents won’t be able to sneak back in to replace them.

Sanitation
Rodents are destructive and nasty. They leave trails of urine and feces everywhere they visit and nest. This is a health hazard if left and can be especially dangerous to the cleaner if proper steps aren’t followed. I use a commercial grade sanitation products and techniques to safely remove and sanitize any areas needed.
